At JET SPEED SERVICES, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best web development and hosting services. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully before making a request.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may request a cancellation of services within 30 days of purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at contact@jetspeedservices.in or through our portal.

  • Once a project is initiated or development has begun, cancellation requests may be subject to review and approval.

  • Hosting services can be canceled at any time, but no refund will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation request is made within 30 days of purchase.

  • If the service has been partially completed, a prorated refund may be granted at our discretion.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed projects, domain registrations, or hosting renewals.

  • Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued for services where work has been completed or delivered as per the agreed scope.

  • Customized solutions or special-request services are non-refundable once development has commenced.

  • Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the customer (such as domain purchases) are non-refundable.
